Graham Hutton, has 24 years' experience in the structured and leveraged finance markets. Prior to founding Hutton Collins, Graham was Chief Executive of Morgan Grenfell Private Equity, a position which he held from March 1998 to June 2001. Under his leadership, Morgan Grenfell raised a €1.5 billion European private equity fund (Deutsche European Partners IV) and invested over €1.4 billion of equity in 13 transactions with an aggregate enterprise value in excess of €6 billion. From 1990 to 1998, Graham was the Head of Leveraged Lending and a member of the Structured Finance Division Management Committee of Morgan Grenfell & Co Limited. He was a director in Structured Finance from 1988 to 1990. Graham is a graduate of Cambridge and Oxford Universities.
