Paul Downes qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with KPMG and subsequently joined Bankers Trust, Botts & Company and EAC, more recently working with Silverpoint Capital and E-Synergy, a sustainable technology fund. He has worked in the private equity for over 25 years and during that time been a Director of numerous companies such as Parker Pen, Nelson Hurst and Intefloor.
