Matthew Collins, has 28 years' experience in the mezzanine and leveraged finance markets. Prior to founding Hutton Collins, Matthew was Global Co-Head of Leveraged Finance at Merrill Lynch, based in London. Between 1993 and 1999, Matthew was responsible for the European leveraged finance activities at Bankers Trust Co, being appointed Managing Director in 1995 and a Partner of the firm in 1997. Before joining Bankers Trust, Matthew was a Director of Morgan Grenfell & Co in London, working with Graham Hutton in the bank's structured finance division. Matthew represents Hutton Collins on the boards of Billington Cartmell and 2e2. Matthew is a graduate of Cambridge University.
