We take a flexible and innovative approach to investing, working closely with our equity partners to provide bespoke solutions to their financing requirements. Through a range of junior debt instruments, preferred equity and / or minority equity structures, we deliver more optimal outcomes than traditional forms of debt and equity financing often allow.

The aims of our investment partners vary in many respects, but they share common themes:

• Supporting management teams with an existing stake in their business, who wish to acquire a greater level of ownership in their company through a buy out
• Providing acquisition capital for other financial investors and corporates, to either enhance their returns or reduce their funding requirement
• Helping shareholders monetise part of their investment, whilst maximising their ongoing level of ownership through a recapitalisation
• Providing capital to support acquisition or other growth strategies, or to enhance a company’s financial flexibility
